We want you to be happy with your ANS purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s), please read the below information carefully. 

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC RETURNS

Change of mind, unsuitable fit or wrong selection:

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• We offer a refund (in original payment method) on all returns minus any postage (unless otherwise deemed faulty/flawed or incorrect product dispatch).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.

Important information:

• We do not accept returns under any circumstances on marked final sale items.
• Our products are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible when purchasing online. There may be a slight color variation due to photo editing and as the device screens may vary.

How to return:

You are required to email us on sales@ansshopping.com before returning any items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When returning an item, we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and either insure your delivery for safe return to ANS.
