Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your ANS purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s), please read the below information carefully.
INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC RETURNS
Change of mind, unsuitable fit or wrong selection:
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We offer a refund (in original payment method) on all returns minus any postage (unless otherwise deemed faulty/flawed or incorrect product dispatch).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.
Important information:
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances on marked final sale items.
- Our products are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible when purchasing online. There may be a slight color variation due to photo editing and as the device screens may vary.
How to return:
You are required to email us on sales@ansshopping.com before returning any items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning an item, we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and either insure your delivery for safe return to ANS.
