Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy and verification of your order. You must enter the correct shipping address and shipping instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, ANS is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

 PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on www.ansshopping.com are viewed in the currency selected and all prices at the checkout are shown in AUD and include GST. Once you have processed your order the amount will automatically convert according to the current exchange rates and will deduct that from your bank account.The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our website from time to time and without notifying you.

PAYMENT

ANS accepts payment via credit card,debit (visa/mastercard) and paypal. After you make payment for your order you will receive an automated order confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your purchase, which confirms the details of your order. Depending on your email security settings, this email can be sent to your junk or spam inbox. In the event that you have not recieved your order confirmation email please email sales@ansshopping.com 

GIFT VOUCHERS

When purchasing a ANS gift voucher please note that once the voucher has been purchased, the recipient will receive the automated gift voucher email (as per voucher preview) immediately after the transaction has been finalised at the checkout to the specified recipient email address. the sender will receive an order confirmation email confirming the purchase of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or a refund. Please note that depending on the email security settings of the recipient or sender, either automated email may be sent to their junk or spam inbox. If by chance, that either the recipient or sender has not received their automated email please email sales@ansshopping.com and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

SECURITY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.ANS does not automatically store your credit card details at any time of your purchase. If the customer puts forth credit card details via email or phone, we will not store these details.You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. Processing of orders:- ANS processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in New South Wales, Australia. Orders placed would be shipped in 1-3 business days. You can expect to receive a separate automated email from Australia post or alternative courier with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our office. Shipping within Australia:- We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 3-7 business days (depending on location). international: ANS ships to all international destinations excluding Syria, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Nicaragua, Ukraine, Sudan, Algeria, Albania, Afghanistan, French Polynesia, Oman and Tunisia. International delivery times of delivery are up to 14 days. If you have not received your ordered items within this timeframe, please email us at sales@ansshopping.com with your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. In the event that your package is required to be re-dispatched (due to reasons associated to customer fault) a re-dispatch fee will incur.
